Exceeding their objectives

After completing an initial assessment and educating Collective Insights on proper protocols for Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR) and Partner Admin Link (PAL) tagging, we were able to provide the firm with never-before-seen insights into their customers’ Microsoft usage.

After completing these workshops, we also supported Collective Insights with claiming dozens of workloads (including some second claims), recapturing value that may otherwise have been lost.
