Former Microsoft executive joins leadership team as TPM expands operations and opens new headquarters in Irvine, California

IRVINE, Calif. — The Partner Masters (TPM), a Microsoft-focused partner growth and consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Ross McKee as Chief Operating Officer and the opening of its new headquarters in Irvine, California. Together, the leadership appointment and new office mark a significant milestone in TPM’s continued growth and investment in its clients, team, and long-term operating infrastructure.

McKee joins The Partner Masters following an accomplished career that includes more than two decades at Microsoft. Ross came to Microsoft by way of acquisition and went on to build a distinguished leadership career spanning sales leadership, partner strategy, and ecosystem development. During his tenure at Microsoft, he spent roughly half of his career in sales, selling directly to customers, leading high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth across complex enterprise and partner-led environments. He also built deep relationships across the Microsoft partner community and led strategic initiatives focused on partner success, operational growth, and scalable execution.
